Car finance commission: visible before the signature, not at the end of the month.
On every combination, while the customer is still sitting in front of you.
Today you sell in the dark.
Finance commission shows up afterwards: in the lender's statement, at the end of the month. In the negotiation the salesperson has no idea what the combination on the table actually earns, so they open with the lowest rate, afraid of losing the customer over five euros a month. Once that anchor is set, it never moves.
Nobody decides the margin. Inertia decides it.
The margin, cell by cell.
In Rettifilo every combination shows two numbers: the payment for the customer and, right next to it, what the dealership takes home. The salesperson sells the margin they chose, not the margin that happens to be left. If a discount is needed to close, they decide it — with the numbers in front of them, not in the dark.
Two levers govern the negotiation: Show to the customer, the share of the real margin that appears on screen when the screen is turned towards the customer; I want to earn at least, the minimum margin below which combinations disappear from the grid.

Same customer, different winner.
Car finance commission is not a fixed number per lender: it moves with the table, the term, the age of the car, the customer's job, the down payment, the credit protection. Drop the CPI at the last minute and the lender that earns you most is no longer the same one. Nobody, however good, does this arithmetic in their head with the customer sitting there.
Rettifilo races the 4 integrated lenders across thousands of combinations — including the ones with a balanced balloon — and puts the one that earns most on pole, for every customer.
The strategy stays with the owner.
If this month you need to push one lender to hit the volume bonus, it takes a single click: your salespeople race on that one only. Bonus in the bag, another click, and the race is open again.
And the margin does not stop at the finance: dealer margin and salesperson commission are visible and kept apart on insurance and services too — including compulsory accessories rolled into the financed amount.
“You stop losing deals over five euros. You stop giving margin away out of fear.”
